When you've placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation with all details. You will receive a Track and Trace link when your package will leave or warehouse.We offer the following delivery times and shipping costs:
- Standard delivery in 1-2 working days | 3-4 working days when you require a personalized product including a clubbadge or printing
- Some products are sold based on pre-ordering. We specifically mention the expected shipping date of those products on your order confirmation.
If you did not receive a tracking code, please check the spam box of your e-mail program.
If you can't find the e-mail in your spam box, please contact our customer service department.
Most articles can be printed with your club logo, name or initials. These products can be recognized by this icon: 
. Whenever you select such an item, you can indicate your wishes when clicking [PRINTING].
Printing of sponsor-or company logo's is custom made work and therefore only possible through the friendly staff of our Customer Service. Please complete your order and contact them on working days between 8 am en 17.00 pm via +31 (0)186-65 86 89 or send an e-mail to info@clubgear.eu. They require a logo in .EPS, .AI of .PDF file. Clearly indicate which product you will like to have printed. Our Customer Service is happy to help you.
Please keep in mind that printing sponsor-or company logo's take extra costs. Our Customer Service will further inform you on this.
Whenever we have accidently sent you the wrong product or the product shows imperfections, please contact our Customer Service at +31 (0)186 - 86 89 (Monday till Friday from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm) or send an e-mail to info@clubgear.eu. Always mention your order number. They will provide you with a suitable solution.
We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed and you will receive your payment inmediately afterwards. We always refund your money to the bank account or credit card account that was used for the order.
Clubgear is private webshop for sailingclubs who would like to wear the performance based sailing gear of Magic Marine. These clubs are able to provide their members an exclusive log in to buy clubgear with a 20% discount. Ask your contact person at the club for your personal log in code.
